Syndications & Capital Analyst

About the role

This position involves analyzing and structuring syndicated financings, coordinating capital raising efforts, and managing investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze financial data to support syndication strategies
• Coordinate with investment banking firms to structure and execute syndicated financings
• Manage relationships with institutional investors and ensure timely and accurate distribution of financial documents
• Prepare and present syndication proposals and reports to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement capital raising strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, or related finance roles
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Knowledge of securities laws and regulations
• Experience with equity and debt capital markets
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
