About the role
This position involves analyzing and structuring syndicated financings, coordinating capital raising efforts, and managing investor relations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze financial data to support syndication strategies
- Coordinate with investment banking firms to structure and execute syndicated financings
- Manage relationships with institutional investors and ensure timely and accurate distribution of financial documents
- Prepare and present syndication proposals and reports to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement capital raising strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, or related finance roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications
- Knowledge of securities laws and regulations
- Experience with equity and debt capital markets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
