About the role
This position involves analyzing and managing syndicated finance transactions, including underwriting, structuring, and executing debt financing deals. The analyst will work closely with senior team members to develop financial models, manage relationships with clients, and provide strategic insights.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze financial data to support syndicated finance transactions
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess deal structures and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and close syndicated finance deals
- Provide strategic advice to clients on debt financing strategies
- Manage client relationships and maintain strong communication skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in syndicated finance or debt capital markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools
Qualifications
