About The Role
The Springfield Empowerment Zone Partnership (SEZP) seeks to improve the longitudinal life outcomes of students in Kiley Prep Middle School and other middle schools through a combination of district-based public education and autonomous school models.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- An associate of arts or science degree or higher, or 60 undergraduate college credits
- A passing score on the Paraprofessional Assessment or Work Keys Assessment
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree with educator licensure
- Experience working with special education students in education settings
- A passing score on the Work Keys Exams in the areas of Workplace Documents, Applied Math, and Business Writing
