Operates hospital switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing calls. Operates page system, monitors hospital alarms, and Civil Defense Warning Systems.
Responsibilities
- Relay incoming and outgoing calls via hospital switchboard
- Operate the hospital page system
- Monitor hospital alarms
- Monitor Civil Defense Warning Systems
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year hospital switchboard experience (preferred)
Skills
- Pleasant speaking voice and courteous manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Typing and computer skills
Schedule
Works a set schedule on a two-week rotation. Includes holidays and every-other-weekend shifts.
