Responsibilities
- Select, install, and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for CNC machines.
- Perform machine setup, including zeroing axes, loading programs, and verifying parameters.
- Monitor machine operations during production runs and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
- Troubleshoot machining issues, including tooling wear, offsets, and surface finish concerns.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with Inspection, Leads, and Off-shift Personnel.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve quality.
- Prioritize according to demand.
- Conduct good housekeeping.
- Comply with ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and medical device industry requirements.
- Display respect and maintain a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Must be able to read basic level blueprints features.
- Must be able to use micrometers, dial calipers, and comparators.
- Basic understanding of metrology reporting.
- Basic math, calculation, and related skills needed.
- Must be able to comply with Quality System requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of Medical Device experience.

- Ability to prioritize according to demand.
