Swings Production Associate - Autoliv, Brigham City

About the role

As a Production Associate, you will operate various machines and perform tasks related to the production of airbags, inflators, or component parts. The role involves repetitive work requiring continuous alertness and attention to detail to ensure a high-quality product is produced.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machines and verify parts meet specifications using hand gauge measurements and/or visual inspection.
• Apply Autoliv Production System (APS) principles to suggest improvements in performance, quality, and/or costs in your work area.
• Promote quality and safety rules while maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
• Train and/or instruct others as required.
• Maintain reliable attendance and a full-time work status, adhering to safety standards.
• Relieve other employees for breaks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule

• Shift Hours: 1:45 pm – 10:00 pm (Swing Shift, Monday–Friday with possible overtime).
• Alternative schedule: Swings Rotating (7 days on, 3–4 days off).
