About the role
Responsible for erecting and maintaining suspended scaffolding systems.
Responsibilities
- Erect and dismantle swing stages and other suspended scaffolding structures.
- Ensure all scaffolding meets safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure scaffolding is installed safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of scaffolding equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 2 years of experience in scaffolding erection and dismantling.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using scaffolding tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with others.
