Swing Stage Erector(Suspended Scaffolding)

About the role

Responsible for erecting and maintaining suspended scaffolding systems.

Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle swing stages and other suspended scaffolding structures.
• Ensure all scaffolding meets safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure scaffolding is installed safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of scaffolding equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of experience in scaffolding erection and dismantling.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in using scaffolding tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with others.
