About the role
Responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures to facilitate construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assess site conditions and plan scaffold setups accordingly.
- Install and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in construction or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment.
- Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
