Job Description Summary Lead Scaffold Erector This is an exciting opportunity to support large, long-term projects on Theme Parks in the Orlando area. Multiple positions available! Designs and erects various types of scaffolds. Lead Scaffold Erector must act as a mentor and coach to the Scaffold Erectors to aid in their development. Lead Scaffold Erector is required to work with tools. Education Or Experience That Prepares You For Success Some trade school preferred but not requiredScaffold Erector for a minimum of 2 years or approved equivalent experienceAbility to work comfortably and safely at considerable heightsBilingual a plus Knowledge/Skills/Abilities You May Rely On Must be able to safely and effectively manage a small crew to erect and dismantle various types of scaffolding under the supervision of a Foreman on siteMust have good knowledge of the OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffoldingMust have a good knowledge and understanding of the various types of scaffolding material being used so that the intended loads of the scaffolding are not exceededKnowledge and use of various types of scaffolding materials The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
