Responsibilities
- Lot start services: transfer wafer from FOSB to FOUP
- Lot finish services: transfer wafer from FOUP to FOSB, vacuum seal for delivery
- FOUP induction process: wash new FOUP, create FOUP ID and bar code label, associate this FOUP onto AMHS system
- Maintain cleaning program for all FOUP currently on AMHS system
- Process requests on TME DB from lab users: packaging (vacuum seal FOUP/FOSB/SWS/Cassette), materials request such as FOUP keys, clean FOSB, SWS (Single Wafer Shipper)
- Maintain FOUP Overflow program: pull FOUP in/out, update tracking list
- Maintain clean and re-use all empty FOSB/Cassette/SWS
- Inspect, clean and re-use safety glasses
- Collect and ship unwanted wafers to B21 for reclaim
- Maintain and process all requests on WFM program
- Other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of Mechanical or Electrical experience (preferred or previous experience in a production environment)
- Ability to read and understand technical procedures and instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from supervisors and managers
