Swing Delivery Driver

About the role

Join our growing team at ABL Wholesale Distributors, a premier single-source distributor serving retailers across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Swing Delivery Driver to join our dynamic crew.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently run delivery routes, meeting or exceeding daily expectations
• Load and unload products by hand or with a hand cart, including heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs)
• Navigate stairs, ramps, docks, and all types of weather conditions while on delivery
• Develop a solid understanding of our product inventory and delivery processes
• Communicate with warehouse and leadership teams on vehicle status, routes, and more
• Support the warehouse team when not on the road: stock shelves, pick orders, assist with cleanup, and more
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service on every delivery

Requirements

• 1+ year of delivery experience or applicable background with 16' box trucks or vans
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift up to 75-100 lbs regularly and work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Fluent in English (reading & writing); basic math proficiency required
• Clean driving record; must be insurable and able to pass a drug test
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work overtime as needed

Monday-Friday
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Full-time position

Pay Rates

• Rate 1: $17.90/hr → $19.89/hr after 6 months
• Rate 2: $19.00/hr → $21.11/hr after 6 months
