Delivery Driver

We deliver a wide range of products, including organic produce, meat, seafood, plant-based proteins, dairy, bakery, wine, and more, to nearly every zip code in 48 states at up to 30% off traditional grocery store prices. Our team supports our mission by saving an average of 500,000 pounds of food per week from waste or lesser outcomes, with an all-time savings of 190+ million pounds of food.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders directly to their doorstep with professionalism and care.
• Safely navigate varying weather conditions and hazards throughout the shift.
• Use proper lifting form to safely load and unload up to 150 boxes per shift, each weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Support the Packaging Return Program by picking up and documenting customer recycling.
• Support the overall delivery volume by helping other drivers complete their routes or working overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Absolutely authorized to work in the United States.
• A valid state-issued driver's license for at least 2 years.
• A valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of previous delivery driving experience.
• Comfortable operating a delivery van in all types of weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
