Responsibilities
- Configure, calibrate, and program pool automation systems, timers, valves, heaters, and chemistry controllers.
- Test all pool equipment to ensure proper functionality and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Work with vendor reps (Pentair, Hayward, etc.) to resolve technical challenges.
- Perform thorough cleaning: skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and filter maintenance.
- Maintain water chemistry, ensuring proper pH, chlorine, and other chemical levels.
- Identify and report plaster-related issues with proper documentation and photos.
- Conduct comprehensive customer orientations, ensuring clients understand their pool system and maintenance.
- Explain how to use automation apps, lighting, heating, and filtration schedules.
- Answer customer questions in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
- Serve as the one of the final points of contact in the construction process, leaving a lasting, positive impression.
- Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by being thorough, reliable, and approachable.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized work vehicle.
- Conduct daily inventory checks, ensuring chemicals and tools are ready for the day.
- Report vehicle maintenance or supply needs to the Scheduler/Manager.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment settings, serial numbers, and site conditions.
- Upload photos and documentation using the company app.
- Complete daily checklists to track progress and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly.
- Stay updated on new pool technologies and best practices through training and online resources.
- Share knowledge with team members to improve processes and techniques.
