About the Role

As a Renovations Project Manager, you’ll lead the transformation and modernization of existing pools, ensuring every project meets Anthony & Sylvan’s high standards for quality and craftsmanship. You’ll oversee renovation work from start to finish, provide guidance and support to crews in the field, and serve as a trusted resource for clients throughout the process. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with leadership skills, takes pride in delivering exceptional results, and enjoys seeing projects come together to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Licenses/Certifications: Not specified

  • Years of Experience: Three to five years’ experience as project manager in construction or related field required

  • Required Skills & Abilities:

    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Ability to overcome customer objections
    • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
    • Microsoft Office; strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Pro Edge
    • Proficient in using an iPad or iPhone
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and courteous demeanor
    • Ability to read blueprints

  • Travel Requirements: 90-100%

  • Other Requirements: Willingness to accept change and take initiative to create positive change within the scope of job responsibilities

    • Able to effectively deal with rigors of stress and disappointments in a calm, unemotional manner
    • Strong work ethic with the ability to work long hours in the busy season

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds; often greater than 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery or tools (with or without assistive devices)
  • Ability to wear required PPE (e.g., hard hats, safety boots, gloves)
  • Ability to communicate promptly and clearly via phone and computer
  • Ability to drive or travel between job sites as needed
