Responsibilities

• Develop and implement weekly swimming lesson plans tailored to different age groups
• Supervise swimmers during classes to ensure proper technique and safety
• Monitor pool conditions and report any issues to management
• Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members
• Adapt lesson plans based on feedback from participants and instructors

Requirements

• Valid lifeguard certification
• Experience in teaching swimming or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Recreation, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Pass a background check
