About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement programs and classes as outlined in the YMCA’s program guide.
- Ensure safety and compliance with all YMCA policies and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and other staff members.
- Adapt programming to meet the needs of diverse populations.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children and adults.
- Valid first aid and CPR certifications.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay
$15 - $20 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
