- Teach swimming lessons to children
- Conduct regular assessments of student progress
- Provide feedback to parents on their child’s performance
- Maintain a clean and safe pool area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Valid lifeguard certification
- Experience working with children
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Passing grade on a background check
- First aid and CPR certification
