The role involves teaching swimming lessons to children and adults in a fun and engaging environment. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, supervising swimmers during classes, and maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement swim lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
• Safeguard swimmers during classes and ensure they are following safety guidelines.
• Engage with parents and guardians to provide feedback on their child’s progress and offer suggestions for improvement.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive environment that encourages all participants to enjoy swimming.

Requirements

• A valid lifeguard certification.
• Experience working with children and adults.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Aquatic Studies, or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of CPR and first aid.
