About the role

Responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children and adults in an indoor pool setting. Duties include developing lesson plans, maintaining pool equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children and adults
• Develop and implement lesson plans based on age and ability levels
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure proper hygiene
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and communicated to students
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Valid lifeguard certification
• Experience working with children and/or adults
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Strong physical fitness level
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check
