Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children and adults
• Plan and implement lesson curriculums
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure cleanliness
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and emergency procedures
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Valid lifeguard certification
• Experience working with children and/or adults
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Strong physical fitness level
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Pass a background check
