Responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children and adults, maintaining pool safety, and ensuring all students meet swim competency standards.
Responsibilities
- Teach swimming lessons to children and adults
- Maintain pool safety protocols
- Ensure all students meet swim competency standards
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
- Valid lifeguard certification
- Experience working with children and/or adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong physical fitness level
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Pass a background check
