About the role

Wisconsin Swim Academy is seeking positive, compassionate, and hardworking individuals to join our Green Bay area team. You will have the opportunity to serve the community and make a difference through teaching swimming.

Responsibilities

- Ensure the safety of everyone in the facility at all times. - Teach swim skills using our curriculum. - Build water confidence in students. - Communicate effectively with students and fellow staff members. - Welcome feedback and continuously improve your skills.

Qualifications

- Caring and compassionate towards children and adults. - Able to work in the water for up to 5 hours. - Strong communication skills. - Positive attitude and willingness to be coached. - Focus in a fast-paced environment. - Commitment to at least one year of employment, including evenings and weekends. - Willingness to commute to Appleton until Fall. - Minimum of 15-20 hours per week.

Pay

Starting wage negotiable with prior experience. Range: $13.00 - $16.50 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time position (15-20 hours), requiring afternoon/evening and weekend shifts until Fall.

Located in Appleton, Wisconsin.
