About the Role:
We are an elite swim academy that provides high quality swim instruction to our community that builds confidence and develops life saving safety skills in a student-centered environment. We are committed to training our staff to be the best swim instructors in the Fox Valley, giving them the tools they need to be successful.
Drowning is the NUMBER 1 CAUSE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH in children under the age of 4 years old. Our mission is to eliminate drownings in our community through educating our swimmers and parents alike.

Responsibilities:
- Make sure everyone is safe. This is who we are and what we do. Safety is and always be our NUMBER 1 Priority.
- Love and respect students while pushing them to develop high quality swim and safety skills as efficiently as possible.
- Follow our curriculum with a focus on the needs, abilities and comfort of each student.
- Be a team player who consistently dependable and reliable to be present and enthusiastic
- Complete required training and be a continual learner.

Qualifications:
- Caring and compassion for children and adults

- Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 5 hours
- Strong communication skills
- Great attitude and growth mindset
- The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, afternoons and weekends required
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to be in the water for at least 3 hours at a time
- Must be able to be on your feet for at least 3 hours

Pay:
$13.00 - $16.50 per hour
