About the role

Lead fun, safe, goal-oriented swim lessons. Celebrate every milestone as students gain new skills. Communicate with families and management to ensure progress and safety.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons to children and adults
• Ensure safety and adapt teaching style to each student
• Communicate with families and management to track progress and ensure safety

Requirements

• No prior teaching experience required — full training and mentorship provided
• Able to tread water, lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate swim techniques safely
• First Aid/CPR/AED (Infant/Child/Adult) — or willingness to obtain with our guidance

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old

Pay, Schedule & Growth

• Pay Range: $26.01 – $28.01 per hour (average including bonuses)
