About the role
Lead fun, safe, goal-oriented swim lessons. Celebrate every milestone as students gain new skills. Communicate with families and management to ensure progress and safety.
Responsibilities
- Teach swim lessons to children and adults
- Ensure safety and enjoyment in all classes
- Communicate with families and management to track progress and ensure safety
Requirements
- No prior teaching experience required — we’ll provide full training and mentorship
- Able to tread water, lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate swim techniques safely
- First Aid/CPR/AED (Infant/Child/Adult) — or willingness to obtain with our guidance
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
Skills
- Passion for helping kids build confidence and new skills
- Adaptability to adjust teaching style to each student
- Self-responsibility to learn and give each lesson your full attention
- Approachability to be welcoming, patient, and a clear communicator
- Integrity to do what’s right, even when no one’s watching

Pay, Schedule & Growth
- Pay Range: $24.50–$26.00 per hour (average including bonuses)
