About the role

Lead fun, safe, goal-oriented swim lessons. Celebrate every milestone as students gain new skills. Communicate with families and management to ensure progress and safety.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons to children and adults
• Communicate with families and management to ensure progress and safety
• Adjust teaching style to each student
• Build student confidence and new skills

Requirements

• Able to tread water
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Demonstrate swim techniques safely
• First Aid/CPR/AED (Infant/Child/Adult) or willing to obtain with our guidance

Qualifications

• No prior teaching experience required
• At least 18 years old

• Passion for helping kids build confidence and new skills
• Adaptability to adjust teaching style to each student
• Self-responsibility to learn and give each lesson your full attention
• Approachability to be welcoming, patient, and a clear communicator
• Integrity to do what's right, even when no one's watching

Pay, Schedule & Growth

• Pay Range: $21.00–$21.53 per hour (average including bonuses)
