What You'll Do

• Teach swim lessons following the SwimLabs® curriculum
• Create a fun, positive, and engaging learning environment
• Provide encouraging feedback and skill instruction
• Structure lessons to promote repetition, reinforcement, and progress
• Ensure the safety of every swimmer
• Build confidence and a love of swimming in your students

• Strong communication skills
• No teaching experience required—we'll train you!

Position Details

Part-time. Paid training (20–25 flexible hours). 3–6 hour shifts. Schedules built around your availability.

Current Openings

Mid-July start date. We are seeking team members who can continue working through the fall season.

Available Shifts

• Weekday evenings (approximately 2:30–8:00 PM, start time varies)
• Weekend shifts (hours vary)

Pay

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
