About the role

As a Swim Instructor at South Bay Aquatics, you’ll teach fun, safe, and engaging swim lessons—helping kids and families build confidence through clear communication, encouragement, and positivity. You’ll also be part of a collaborative, supportive team that fosters a lifelong love of water and swimming.

Requirements

• Experience: Swim experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
• Personality: Positive energy, strong communication, and a genuine love for working with kids
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Passion: Enthusiasm for swimming and teaching
