About the Role

At Big Blue Swim School, we're creating big moments for families across Michigan at our Sterling Heights location. We're looking for energetic, positive team members to join our state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with young swimmers
• Help build confidence and learn proper swimming techniques
• Teach lessons in a warm, welcoming pool
• Create a fun, encouraging environment
• Lead small group lessons
• Provide positive reinforcement
• Help each child progress at their own pace
• Communicate with families about swimmer progress

Requirements

• Loves teaching kids and helping them grow
• Available to work weeknights and one weekend day
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• No prior swim teaching experience required

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
