Swim Instructor

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Swim Instructor to service an indoor swimming pool for a high-end retail company's headquarters center in Beaverton, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and enjoyable environment for the guests of the swimming pool.
• Coach and support classes and programs as needed.
• Provide emergency services as needed.
• Enforce all policies regarding proper use of pool and pool area.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of pool area.

Customer Service Responsibilities

• To always maintain and actively demonstrate a “Member is #1” perspective.
• To always provide service with a smile to guests and clients.
• To remember to use the words "please" and "thank you" whenever appropriate.
• To always provide a positive environment to patrons, even if the answer to a patron's question is "no."

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $35 to $42. Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, certifications, geographic differentials, and other business and organizational needs.
