Responsibilities

Provide clients with leading-edge instruction using Liquid Lifestyles proven techniques.
Deliver personalized improvement plans and clearly defined performance expectations to clients.
Initiate, develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Demonstrate motivational, energetic and professional delivery of instruction via verbal communication and demonstration.
Embody the Liquid Lifestyles values of excellence and professionalism.

Requirements

• Consistency, reliability and punctuality is mandatory.
• Evenings (3-8PM) and Weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.
• Education focus in Education, Communication, Sport Management, Exercise Science or similar is a plus.
• Must be competent in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke.
• Able to tread water in 6' deep water for two minutes using only legs and surface dive to object at 6' depth without goggles.
• Swim or other coaching experience AND competitive swimming background is required.

Compensation

$20.00 per hour
