About the role
We bring people together through fitness, sports, and fun across four Milwaukee-area locations. Our clubs are built around connection—where members of all ages can belong, grow, and feel their best.
Responsibilities
- Teach swimmers of all ages to develop confidence, safety, and proper technique.
- Motivate students, and provide consistent feedback in a positive, energetic environment.
- Give students the skills to swim!
Qualifications
- Must have a valid lifeguard certification.
- Experience teaching swimming is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Pass a background check.
