Develop and implement swim lesson plans
Provide individual and group instruction to participants of all ages and skill levels
Assess participant abilities and adjust instruction as needed
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
Enforce safety rules and guidelines
Communicate effectively with participants and their parents/guardians
Maintain accurate records of participant progress
Attend required meetings and training sessions
Auxiliary with swim team or special aquatic events, as needed

Must be authorized to work in the USA
We use E-Verify
Previous swim instruction experience preferred
American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification or equivalent preferred
First Aid and CPR certification required (can be obtained after hire)

Rate of Pay: 100% commission.

Commission structure: 40% of service revenue.

Estimated earnings range: $24-33 per hour based on typical services volume.
