Swim Instructor

Part-time position with a pay range of $20.75 - $38.50 per hour.

About the role

The Arundel Olympic Swim Center and North Arundel Aquatic Center are hiring Swim Instructors. Swim lesson participants will be ages 3 and up. Group lessons are prescheduled, typically on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings. Private lesson opportunities are available to instructors teaching group lessons, with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must pass a pre-screening background check and drug test
• Must be an American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor or be able to complete the Water Safety Instructor course (priority given to applicants with relevant teaching and/or swimming experience)

Aquatic Centers will provide discounted on-site training to hired applicants.
