Swim Coach / Instructor

About the role

We'll teach you how to teach swimming. No teaching experience required—we provide paid training.

Responsibilities

• Help children gain confidence and life-saving water safety skills.
• Build lasting relationships with students and families.
• Encourage progress and celebrate milestones.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Positive energy, reliability, and a team-first attitude are essential.
• Comfortable working in the water for several hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, coaching, education, camps, customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, or similar roles is a plus but not required.

Pay

$19.50/hr starting pay with weekend premium (+$3/hr) and subbing (+$1/hr)
