Swim Club Coaches (Part time)

About the Role

Chicago Latin Swim Club is seeking a part-time swim club coach for one or more of our Developmental, Blue, Orange, and/or Roman Groups. CLSC is an athlete-centric swim club tailored toward the unique development of the individual swimmer. We are, by design, a small club with conservative coach-to-athlete ratios. We are looking for coaches committed to the development of young athletes and who have a strong desire for longevity in coaching swimming.

Responsibilities

• Coach a group of age-group swimmers Monday–Friday evenings.
• Communicate with parents regarding their swimmer’s progress.
• Attend weekend swim meets, oversee a specified age group, and support the head coach.

Schedule

Part-time, including coaching practices Monday–Friday evenings and swim meet support on select weekends throughout the season.

Pay

Hourly stipend based on experience, starting at $20 an hour. Work hours include pool setup and cleanup.
