About the Role

Swift Middle School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Classroom Aide/Paraprofessional to support students with diverse learning needs. This individual will work collaboratively with teachers and staff to provide instructional assistance, behavioral support, and accommodations that help students succeed academically and socially.

The ideal candidate demonstrates patience, flexibility, and a strong commitment to supporting middle school learners in an inclusive educational environment.
