About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching SWIFT, ASTRO, and MPC courses, and managing programs with a security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Teach SWIFT, ASTRO, and MPC courses
- Manage program operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
- Develop and implement training materials
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in education or training
- Security clearance required
- Experience with SWIFT, ASTRO, and MPC systems
Qualifications
- Strong instructional skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
