About the Role

As a member of the Retail Sales Team at Swatch, you will receive training and support to build a professional career with growth opportunities. The role includes coaching on sales techniques, customer service skills, and technical training on Swatch watches and services. Your compensation will follow a base-plus-commission structure, offering significant earning potential for motivated professionals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, professional, and personable manner
• Use product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service and build customer relationships
• Reach and exceed sales goals
• Act as a self-starter and use good judgment in all situations
• Handle multitasking with ease
• Perform merchandising tasks, including stock replenishment, visual display, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Key Holder or lead sales position
• Driven to deliver superior service to customers
• Able to engage customers in the culture of the Swatch brand
• Able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Able to plan, set, and achieve goals
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
