About the Role

This position requires retail sales experience and a Keyholder background. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service with an approachable demeanor, meet or exceed sales objectives, and demonstrate a strong desire to learn about Swatch timepieces while becoming an essential team member.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, professional, and personable manner
• Use product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service and build customer relationships
• Reach and exceed sales goals
• Act as a self-starter and use good judgment in all situations
• Handle multitasking with ease
• Perform merchandising tasks, including stock replenishment, visual display, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a Keyholder or lead sales position
• Driven to deliver superior service to customers
• Ability to engage customers in the culture of the Swatch brand
• Able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Ability to plan, set, and achieve goals
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
