About the Role

At Swatch, we provide Retail Key Holders with training and support to build a professional career with growth opportunities. As part of the Retail Sales Team, you will receive coaching on sales techniques, customer service skills, and technical training on our watches and services. Your compensation includes a base salary plus commission, offering significant earning potential for motivated professionals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, professional, and personable manner.
• Use product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service and build customer relationships.
• Reach and exceed sales goals.
• Act as a self-starter and use good judgment in all situations.
• Handle multitasking with ease.
• Perform merchandising tasks, including stock replenishment, visual display, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Key Holder or lead sales position.
• Driven to deliver superior service to customers.
• Ability to engage customers in the culture of the Swatch brand.
• Able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Strong goal-setting and achievement skills.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
