About the role

As a Language Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing translation and interpretation services to clients across various sectors. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver accurate, culturally sensitive translations and interpretations.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely translation and interpretation services
• Work collaboratively with clients to ensure understanding and satisfaction
• Adhere to confidentiality and cultural sensitivity guidelines
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance language skills and cultural competency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably in linguistics, translation, or a related field)
• Minimum 2 years of professional translation or interpretation experience
• Proficiency in at least two languages, including fluency in English and another language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of translation software and tools
