SVP, Supply Chain

For our client, we are seeking a SVP, Supply Chain to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This senior leadership role will shape enterprise-wide supply chain strategy in support of a large-scale capital program and long-term operational priorities. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders and critical suppliers to improve execution, cost discipline, and constructability across major initiatives. It also carries responsibility for strengthening governance, compliance, and technology-enabled decision-making across the supply chain function. Location: Minneapolis, MN - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $320,000 – $430,000 annually Responsibilities Translate a $60B capital plan into strategic sourcing and supplier strategies Lead partnerships with critical suppliers to ensure execution of the capital plan Drive standardization to enhance cost efficiency and constructability throughout projects Oversee procurement governance and regulatory compliance across the supply chain Implement AI and analytics to optimize inventory and demand forecasting Qualifications Experience leading procurement for an enterprise generating over $5B in revenue Expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and total cost of ownership Proven success in capital procurement for multi-billion-dollar, long-term projects Experience with data-driven decision-making and modern procurement technologies Familiarity with regulatory environments, preferably in nuclear supply chains Benefits Annual Incentive Program and Long Term Incentive Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Tuition reimbursement and employee recognition program Pension plan and 401(k) matching contributions Generous paid time off and parental leave options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
