SVP, Supply Chain

About the role

This executive will own the enterprise supply chain strategy for a high-volume, complex consumer products environment. The role will partner closely with senior leadership to improve network performance, manage operational risk, and support long-term business growth. This leader will also drive transformation across logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year supply chain strategy to support business growth
• Advise executive leadership on network strategy and operational risk
• Own network performance metrics and service delivery goals
• Optimize the national distribution network, focusing on efficiency and growth
• Lead supply chain transformation initiatives leveraging advanced technologies
• Establish relationships with key external partners and manage vendor performance
• Oversee private fleet operations and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, supply chain, or related field required
• 15+ years of senior-level supply chain leadership experience in complex, high-volume operations required
• 7+ years of team management and development experience required
• Demonstrated success influencing executive and board-level stakeholders
• Proven track record of leading supply chain transformation and digital initiatives
• Expertise in logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory strategy essential
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, WMS, TMS, YMS, and analytics platforms necessary

Pay

$325,000 – $400,000 annually
