SVP, Pharmacy

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead enterprise pharmacy strategy across various pharmacy functions
• Advise executive leadership on pharmacy performance and growth strategies
• Align pharmacy strategy with organizational care and operational priorities
• Integrate and standardize pharmacy practices across different markets
• Evaluate growth opportunities and operational investments in pharmacy services
• Monitor industry trends and innovations to drive strategic decision-making
• Build and lead a high-performing pharmacy leadership team

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience in healthcare settings
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing multi-site operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage pharmacy financial performance and P&L
• Strong knowledge of Part D, CMS requirements, and medication utilization management
• Experience in overseeing distribution pharmacy operations and adherence packaging
• Proven track record of building scalable operations and leading transformative initiatives
• Experience managing strategic vendor relationships

Pay

$240,700 – $325,000 annually
