About the role
For our client, we are seeking a SVP - Operations, LATAM to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operational logistics for concerts and live events across Latin America
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans for local offices
- Implement structure and discipline for effective execution in decentralized environments
- Identify improvement opportunities and align best practices with local offices
- Establish regional governance to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Serve as liaison between local promoters and production teams to enhance event quality
- Facilitate internal communication to streamline processes and resolve operational issues
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in operations, production, or live events, specifically in Latin America
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Extensive travel readiness across the region
- Superior interpersonal communication and change management skills
- Strong understanding of concert operations and international event workflows
- Exceptional project management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to provide clear recommendations to executive leadership

Compensation: $320,000 – $400,000 annually
