SVP - Operations, LATAM

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a SVP - Operations LATAM to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Media environment.

Location: Beverly Hills, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $320,000 – $400,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational logistics for concerts across Latin America
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps for local offices
• Implement structure and discipline in decentralized environments
• Identify operational improvements and best practices with local partners
• Establish governance for consistency and compliance with safety standards
• Facilitate communication between local promoters and production teams
• Manage daily operations and communicate risks to senior management

Qualifications

• 15+ years of operations, production, or the company events experience in Latin America
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
• Superior interpersonal communication and change management skills
• Deep understanding of concert operations and event production workflows
• Advanced organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong, proactive work ethic with a collaborative attitude
