Compensation: $261,000 – $375,000 annually

About the role

This role will support high-priority business initiatives that require strong execution, sound judgment, and measurable follow-through. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and move important work forward. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes while strengthening the systems and habits that support durable performance within a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sets seasonal design direction including color, prints, silhouettes, and materials
  • Provides creative leadership in the product development process to meet quality and cost objectives
  • Translates consumer insights and market trends into product strategies and new opportunities
  • Establishes decision-making frameworks for resolving product and quality tradeoffs
  • Presents and advocates for the creative vision to senior executives and stakeholders
  • Leads and inspires a high-performing design team with clear priorities and resource allocation
  • Manages departmental budgets and processes to maximize efficiency and innovation

Qualifications

  • Degree in Fashion Design, Business, or related field preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in women’s apparel design with leadership in complex organizations
  • Demonstrates exceptional taste level and aesthetic judgement for successful products
  • Experience in garment fit, construction, and sustainability considerations
  • Skilled in multitasking under tight deadlines across multiple seasons
  • Exceptional communication skills for articulating creative vision and strategies
