Responsibilities

• Lead the credit risk and originations operations for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets.
• Take charge of overseeing credit policy, underwriting performance, and processing operations, ensuring alignment with our core values of Serve & Help, Teamwork & Communication, and Adaptability.
• Develop a high-performing environment that prioritizes accountability and respect.
• Guide the establishment of risk-based pricing frameworks and monitor portfolio performance against delinquency and loss metrics.
• Support our long-term growth strategy while maintaining integrity throughout our operations.
• Ensure operational efficiency and align with our capital objectives as we transition to an institutional, scalable lending platform.

Requirements

• Robust skill set and substantial experience in consumer or specialty finance lending, ideally with over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Executive-level oversight of credit policy, underwriting, and loan origination operations.
• Solid track record in risk-based pricing and portfolio performance management across various credit spectrums, including prime, non-prime, and sub-prime markets.
• Familiarity with forward flow programs, capital market relationships, and structured finance.
• Proven capability to scale lending platforms within high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in credit risk and portfolio management.
• At least 5-7 years leading and developing mid level managers.

$160,000 to $190,000
