SVP, Media Planning

For our client, we are seeking a SVP, Media Planning to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This senior leadership role will shape integrated media planning across a diverse portfolio of client accounts, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking, audience insight, and measurable outcomes. The position will partner closely with clients, agency leadership, and creative teams to elevate planning quality and turn complex business challenges into effective media strategies. In addition to driving organic growth, this leader will contribute to new business efforts and help advance the planning standard across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the development of integrated media plans for a portfolio of accounts Serve as a senior strategic partner to clients and agency leadership Drive growth through innovative media thinking Elevate the planning standard across various teams Contribute to new business and expansion efforts Translate complex challenges into outcome-driven media strategies Identify opportunities to enhance media ideas in collaboration with creative teams Qualifications 12+ years of media planning experience with leadership responsibility Ability to lead integrated media planning across traditional and digital channels Proven success in driving organic growth and new business wins Strong understanding of audience strategy and marketplace dynamics Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills Familiarity with planning tools like Vivvix, Pathmatics, MRI-Simmons, Nielsen, SQAD, and Guideline Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights Benefits Collaborative, high-performance work culture Opportunities for professional development and mentorship Exposure to a diverse range of client accounts Engagement in strategic planning and innovative media strategies Participation in new business initiatives and presentations Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
